Bag a DSC Place Just get in touch here if you fancy running running in support of individuals with Down syndrome and their families. There’s no entry fee , but we do ask for a minimum fundraising pledge of £200 (excluding Gift Aid). Every step you take helps us make a difference. Already Have Your Own Place? You can still run with Team DSC! If you’ve already signed up (or plan to) and want to fundraise for our cause, we’d love to have you on board. In December, two of our amazing volunteers, Evie and Paige , attended the CWVA Volunteer Awards after both being shortlisted for awards recognising the incredible work they do here at Down Syndrome Cheshire. We are so grateful that their dedication, passion, and hard work were recognised at such a special event. We are especially proud to share that Evie won her category and was named Young Volunteer of the Year , a truly well-deserved achievement! Thank you, Evie and Paige, for everything you do for our charity and our community. We couldn’t do this without you

"Darcey is going to walk for 21 minutes for 3 weeks in October to support DS Cheshire as her challenge for Down Syndrome awareness month! Darcey isn’t one for walks, she loves coming in from school and chilling out doing creative stuff, so this may not sound a task to some, but for Darcey this is a physical and mental challenge. Please support her on this personal challenge which I know she will smash and all in a great cause."
