Crafty Plans to Celebrate WDSD 2024!!
Calling all crafters! Throughout March, as we celebrate World Down Syndrome Day, we’re asking all you knitters and crochet crafters to take on a challenge and produce a pair of socks that we can include on our giant sock bunting! You can use any pattern you'd like, or feel free to download one of ours below. We will also be sending socks to families in Ukraine and neonatal units across the region. So, whether you are a crochet queen or a knitting master, join our Facebook challenge and be part of something WOOLLY special this #wdsd2024
Oh, and be sure to get those socks back to us before Thursday, March 21st, so they can be included in our celebration bunting!!

In December, two of our amazing volunteers, Evie and Paige , attended the CWVA Volunteer Awards after both being shortlisted for awards recognising the incredible work they do here at Down Syndrome Cheshire. We are so grateful that their dedication, passion, and hard work were recognised at such a special event.
